Some Important Points about food intake


  • Have your meal in a clean and hygienic place with cheerful and calm mind.

  • Eating food while standing increases the workload for digestion on the stomach. Hence you should always try to have your meal sitting comfortably.

  • Eat food less than your appetite demands.

  • Do not take incompatible foods like milk with salted food. Extremely cold and extremely hot food articles shouldn't be taken together.

  • Meals shouldn't contain too many dishes. Food should be fresh, easily digestible and simple.
